april2015 385 april2015 388 april2015 387 april2015 386april2015 390april2015 391One of the delights of staying at Gladstone Library was that my lovely room was up in the attic and looked over St Deniol’s Church which has a bell peel. Lovely sound to hear amongst the birds and wind. I popped in on our free afternoon and enjoyed the magnificent windows. The stunning stained glass is Burne-Jones and Morris and Co had a hand in designing the angel standing over Mr & Mrs Gladstone asleep.
