We’ve had two postboxes painted gold in Edinburgh to celebrate Sir Chris Hoy’s gold medals at the Olympics in cycling.
Meanwhile I’ve not been watching it at all, instead out and about taking loads of photographs for various photo projects. Walking as much as possible outdoors while the weather holds. And catching up with friends IRL. And strangely enough doing a lot of crochet.
I’m working on a new series of postcards from my Ireland trip. Sign up for my newsletter for first dibs on them and hefty discounts. Everyone who signs up gets a snail mail postie from me.
Finally if you have a spare card, stamp and moment please think of sending a card to this woman who is very ill. The Wish You Were Here Project.
