In the Burren

Its lovely reliving this wonderful afternoon in the Burren. Now to chose some images to make postcards. A hard choice!

    I always thought a burren was a burred silver piece – I like the new definition.

    • I didn’t think to took up the etymolgy (sp?) it seems to cover the rather strange landscape of this bit of Cork. It has a lot of plants unique to it which grow among the rocks. And in other places there are these cairns of rocks which are quite extraordinary but I didn’t see them this time.
